And that one morning they both woke up, but that was no ordinary morning. The coffee had the same taste as they both agreed a long time ago what was their preferred one. As usual, they prepared the same breakfast and consumed it on the couch while they were binging.
None of them saw that the other's eyes no longer had the sparkle. You may wonder what happened with it, funny, nobody knows. They don't even know the exact morning when this happened.
Maybe they would have done something or maybe they would have stopped right that morning.
Well, that's life, full of surprises.
They continued their routine without realizing how much harm they were doing to themselves. Maybe they hurt each other or maybe they tried to hard or maybe they focused on way too many things instead of what was happening. They will never know.
Time passed and then one evening they realized that the sparkle was gone. Only one had the courage to say it, but it no longer matters at that point who makes the first move.
And you see, the comfort, the fear of the unknown, the routine, was holding them back like nothing before.
Not even one word found it's place as it was clear that they both tried and it was clear that their roads were in a desperate need of separation.
This is the point when each one continues their own stories just like two superheroes that appeared in one movie together and now each one continues his saga like nothing ever happened.
And this is what they should do, each one for herself/himself. They must open their arms and hearts for the next person that will appear sooner or later. They need to allow themselves to be surprised by life. They will do this because it will not help any of them to look back. They will do this because they will meet awesome persons that will deserve all of them. And each one of them has a lot of things to offer.
Patience heart, the best is yet to come as you've seen nothing, felt a lot, but be amazed because you will feel like never before in your life.
